How to buy

Select pieces can be ordered through the on-line shop or to view the
complete collection please request a brochure via telephone or email.
The on-line shopping system uses PayPal which is very secure. If you
do not have a PayPal account you can still use the facility with most
major debit/credit cards. I also accept payments by cheque.

Returns

I am happy to accept returned items in perfect condition within 7 days of
delivery. If you are not completely happy with your jewellery please
contact me. Items should be returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Delivery

Once I have received your order I will email you with expected delivery times.
If the item is in stock you should recieve it within 3-5working days. If the
item is needed for a specific date please let me know and I will prioritise
your order. Postage and Packaging is indicated for each item and will be sent
by Royal Mail first class recorded or special delivery. Each piece
comes in my own unique boxes.

Care Instructions

Silver jewellery may be cleaned with silver dip. Follow the directions on the
cleaner and dry thoroughly with a soft towel then use a hairdryer. Oxidised
silver can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a soft cloth and dried in
the same way. Avoid placing pearls in silver dip as this will damage them.
Acrylic jewellery can be cleaned with warm soapy water and dried thoroughly.
